    Only communication I received was a cancelation notice. The notice falsely stated that buyer requested cancelation which I never did. I paid for the item and waited three days to find out that it would not be coming and now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. Very disappointed.

    March 3, 2025, the buyer purchased the item. March 4, 2025, the seller sent the following message: “Hello dear buyer. Just confirming with you that the item you bought does not include the frother (the frother doesn’t work). Are you still interested? Please let us know if you need a refund. If we don’t receive a response, we will assume you agree. We will ship this item in 2 days.” March 7, 2025, to avoid misunderstandings, the seller canceled the order. Please check the message

    I received the message from seller at the same time I received the cancelation notice. The message clearly states to contact them if I wished a refund (which I did not) and that the item would be shipped in 2 days. I am sure that this is all a mistake on the part of the seller trying to do what they felt was best for their customer, but I am still not the one who canceled the order.
