It is quite remarkable that the bulb arrived intact. The box was damaged and deformed. However, the bulb did arrive and is functioning properly. This problem is not the seller's responsibility as it was packaged properly. The USPS badly mishandled the package. Nevertheless, it arrived, somehow, safe and sound.
