Regrettably (and despite a hefty shipping fee) the items were packed in a thin cardboard box with insufficient cushioning and space. Two of the six plates arrived broken. I contacted Goodwill and sent images, asking for a price adjustment. They responded with an offer to reduce the price by 25%. That worked for me and eBay processed the refund. Goodwill has my good will!

I was able too return it to them with no problems, they even had FedEx pick it up since I don't drive and limited to how far I can go. It arrived as a pictured. The smart watch was not compatible with my phone. On the box of the smart watch in teeny tiny letters, it stated it was only compatible with Samsung. I reached out and let them know, and they refunded me promptly. I look forward to many more purchases with the store.
