The cooking surface is not as flat as it should be if it were finished properly. There are raised areas that will catch on a spatula. I got an instant refund from the seller, the communication was 1st Class. I asked if I could order again but get it sent by EVRI, seller complied with no problem and I got it yesterday. It's an awesome piece of kit, as new, packed in it's original box too. Really happy with the purchase and Davids communication was brilliant. Thanks a million
