He described the product as Alienware AW724P Horizon Travel Backpack 18 inches, but the product I actually received was Alienware 7501 Horizon Travel Backpack 17 inches. The price difference between the two is dozens of dollars, even if I buy a brand new genuine product on Amazon, the price is almost the same. Because of this seller, I decided to leave eBay forever and never use eBay again. Tried messaging the seller, and they basically made excuses that a shipping bag is normal, the item's box is supposed to be it's shipping box, if they used a shipping box, then the cost of shipping would have made them lose money (hint - charge more for shipping?).
