      Better than usual small, inexpensive toaster ovens

      Ease of use a little questionable at least at first in trying to learn various functions and electronic display. Well designed. Compares very favorably to more expensive models at a very reasonable price. Haven't owned long enough to know whether it is easy to clean. Has a rather odd odor when first using, which manufacturer says to ignore. Would recommend over most competitive models.

      broiler

      The broiler didn't turn off. When you bake every time the oven is turned on the broiler comes on even in bake setting. Every time I want to bake something my only option is to broil it. There is a broil setting but it comes on every time. So if you want to make pizza the single rack 9" , the pizza will droop over the edge of the rack and be cooked on top before the bottom because you can't turn off the broiler ever! Stupid design.

      Compact but well designed.

      Owned a Breville toaster oven for several years. My ol' Breville finally took it last gasp of electric current and I had to find a replacement. Because of the strong reputation of the Breville, I began looking for another one. Cost immediately became a factor. I came across the Black & Decker Countertop Convection oven. I looked further into the features and read several reviews. I was now interested. I ordered one and I am totally satisfied with the easy use features, the accuracy of the pre-designated buttons. A 12' frozen pizza is cooked to perfection. I have owned for just about a month and so far my experience has been a positive one.

      Well made toaster oven

      Made very well, easy to read instructions and easy to use. I like that it is large and heats very quickly and evenly. I had my doubts but this oven cooks very fast, evenly and has different levels to put tray. also has crumb tray that makes very easy to clean. love this toaster oven

      Gets hot!

      This is a wonderful machine. It does all it says and more. The reason for four stars instead of five is because the top gets extremely hot. You could fry an egg on it. Knowing that we now put a large hot pad type thing on it so as not to burn ourselves by accident. Can recommend to others.
