I did not know that this was an issue with some drives until after I received the drive. Mottie_commerce was quick to respond to my needs and we worked out an acceptable solution to the issue, having to work out the cost of shipping back VS partial refund. I am sorry that the purchase did not work the way I wanted but Mottie was helpful and pleasant to work with.
