But the seller delivered extra and was at hand with tech advice and problem solved stuff over direct message, impressive customer service, whoever was behind the keyboard deserves all the praise, helped solve some issues with an unmounted ssd and ensured that i knew i could message back at any point to sort out any other issues with the laptop.
