    Good, Not Great

    The price was great, as was the quality of materials. However, I did not like the design. The adjustable cinch was too large for the overall size of the collar. Also I didn't like the black band on the cinch that prevented the collar from lying totally flat. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a D-ring near the buckle for tags.
