Packed with vivid details and telling quotations, Zinn's award-winning classic continues to revolutionize the way American history is taught and remembered. Frequent appearances in popular media such as The Sopranos, The Simpsons, Good Will Hunting, and the History Channel documentary The People Speak testify to Zinn's ability to bridge the generation gap with enduring insights into the birth, development, and destiny of the nation.

- e***n (227)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseShipping was amazingly fast and appreciated. The description said “It has very minimal damage to the cover, including scuff marks, or creasing but no holes or tears. The binding has minimal wear.” but came with open tears and holes along the binding. It is possible this happened in shipping because it came on a poly mailer and the book is heavy. The condition of the rest of the book was as described. I still highly recommend this seller!
