    good parts

    i bought this gasket because my mower was blowing oil all over the place, once it was replaced it still was running funny so i took it to the shop to be checked out, that guy said i had bad rings and he couldnt get the oversised ring set but it would cost 300 bucks to rebuild it i dont know but it still blows oil all over the place but it runs good and dont knock at all and smokes for a minute then it quits but the gasket it self fit perfect no problems with ordering it or recieving it on time. i will be looking for more parts or a motor in the future.

    gasket was sub par, blew out after just one lawn mowing

    gasket is very thin and will dissolve in 10% ethanol gas. Had to go buy a real stens gasket, oem, and redo the job just a week after install. A real waste of time and effort.

    Stens Better than the china copies on head gaskets

    I had a 15.5 hp I/C Briggs and Stratton on my lawn tractor smoking like crazy. I replaced the head gasket with this stens oem quality part , my engine runs perfect no more oil burning , no more smoke. If you have an OHV engine smoking try changing the head gasket before assuming you need rings. This gasket was much thicker than the one that came in a complete gasket set from China. My bad gasket was the same thickness as the offbrand gasket in my kit. If your new to small engine repair YouTube a video on the procedure big help. You will need to readjust your valves as well... Loose valves cause extremely hard starting on these engines. Change your oil after this procedure as gas may be mixed with your oil , my oil had strong gasoline odor which contaminated oil can cause premature ...

    Fixed my oil burning issues

    As I discovered on Google, most of the Briggs and Stratton tractor engines eventually suffer from a blown head gasket, causing the crankcase to pressurize and burn oil/smoke. This fixed it and it was found to be a good quality gasket that appears stronger than the OEM. Good product.
