They forgot to ship it and now they say there’s an issue shipping g to us (obviously, I ordered this weeks prior and if they hadn’t have FORGOTTEN I Woukdve received it prior to the tariffs) ABSOLUTELY terrible service. They didn’t message me to let me know, didn’t offer a refund, honestly just don’t buy from these guys, so unprofessional.
