The hard drive was flopping around inside the case and was unsecured to the PC frame and had also unseated one of the memory cards. Most disappointing was the graphics card. I made sure I bought an XP machine with a graphics card but the drivers for the card were not installed. I had to go searching on the web for XP drivers. Delivery was fast with FedEx. Packaging was adequate.
