Luckily was was able to do a very small repair and it was perfect after that! Cosmetically there are no scratches or major dents and the system is well kept. Even came with a free Animal Crossing game! Would just recommend asking for screen photos in both light and dark scenes to ensure there is no ghosting, yellowing, or flickering as these models are known to have those issues. In my situation, the unit I received was a different color, same model (but without a stylus). I contacted the seller and they offered different solutions, including to send the proper unit free of charge. I had already went on to buy a new stylus so I passed on their offering but I did not expect this level of customer service and for that I am pleased.
