FedEx literally tossed this item in the middle of our road with the oil and mud and it was run over yet Fedex marked it delivered and went on the merry way. Apparently FedEx thinks its ok to toss packages in the middle of the road and mark it delivered.

    Klein quality crimping tool at a great price!

    Klein quality has never let me down, and this tool has it. Using the Klein crimping tool makes perfect crimped connections. The three jaws are color coded so that selecting the correct jaw for the connectors easy. The jaw pressure is adjustable and the ratcheting action ensures consistent pressure for a uniform crimp.

    Great quality, outstanding crimps

    A little different using the ratcheting type on this, but just takes a little getting used to vs one of the non-ratcheting. It makes WAY better crimps though and are very accurate and secure. I'll never go back to the other type. Extremely well made. A little more expensive than some and so I can't compare the value to the similar off-brand type. I opted for the Klein brand since I've used other tools in their line and found them to be superior products. For me, this was a good value.

    If you want to do the job right!

    As I always find when I buy Klein tools, they are quality and built for professional tradespeople who take there work seriously. Forget about crimping terminal ends with anything but this tool, great crimp with the right amount of force to make a secure connection.

    Poorly designed crimping device.

    It works. But ... The ratchet is too hard to grip. There is not enough leverage to fully compress the end of the connector. I have to use 2 hands to complete the crimp. Works, but not well.
