The box was clearly labeled FRAGILE and the item was well packed, but obviously the shippers didn’t handle it as FRAGILE. I contacted the seller and she worked with me to get a partial refund. She also volunteered to help me locate another piece. Unfortunately, despite the markings on the box and the packing, the USPS managed to break the bowl into a great many pieces. Seller was GREAT, with an immediate refund.
