This is the third case I have ordered from them and they always build a great product. Customer service is also fantastic and they always answer your questions and return your emails. I wouldn't have heard from them if I hadn't requested to cancel the order since we wouldn't receive it in time. Production times are in bold and were read and understood. 3-4 weeks production time once ordered. I emailed during the 3rd week knowing we wouldn't receive it by the end of the 4 weeks. They were professional and courteous during messages.
