Works for Secretlab Titan, with some modification. This tilt mechanism has 195mm x 195mm bolt pattern. I used bolt cutters to cut away outside border of mounting holes. This allows the tilt mechanism to fit Secretlab's odd 200mm x 200mm bolt spacing, which is basically an impossible part to find outside of a Secretlab warranty claim. Mechanism works well, good strong springs, no issues.
