    Sent wrong item. After re-packaging, dropping off at the post office and waiting for the correct item, it finally arrives damaged. Slow to respond to correct problem. Gave up and just returned. Avoid!

    Looking back, they did initially work to correct things, and they ultimately did resolve the issues. In hindsight, I wish I didn't leave the - feedback. I was having a rough week, and though it was inconvenient for me, things happen, and I could have been more understanding/patient.
