It took months to get it, shipping box was intact, but one header was obviously damaged before packing, dented and defect in ceramic coating. Seller was quick to have a replacement made and shipped a few weeks later. New replacement still had poor quality ceramic coating, considering how expensive it was. I was going to buy another set, but reluctant now, given all the hassles and poor ceramic finish.
