Raises spare tire 4.75" which was enough to clear a RockHard 4x4 rear bumper with 35 spare (34" actual) on my JL. (this bumper does not have the tire cutout, so the tire needs to lift quite a bit. Does not do anything to reinforce the tail gate however so keep that in mind when adding a heavy spare.
