Well this is made in CHINA. You can't expect precision of any kind they don't care. It's another knockoff they can sell to Americans. The pin for the top wheel was too small for the mount hole, the bottom wheel was not parallel, and no there are no thumb wheels for truing it. The sliding bottom tension arm was so sloppy in the support I had to make a shim to go between the two so the lower wheel wouldn't walk side to side. A new pin shims, filing, twisting. Its good enough to use now.

Was concerned initially when my Ladder arrived. Appeared part of the system was missing. The seller explained the ladder kit was in two boxes. The other box arrived the next day. So far so good with the ladder kit. Packaging boxes looked a bit damaged but all the parts were there. So overall will give this seller an A+ for this purchase. Item as described, fast shipping, good communication when i had a question. Fed Ex was responsible for the second box delayed delivery.
