    Nice carbide scribe

    Thankfully it's not quite as large as the image indicates, it's more of the size of a standard sharpie, maybe a little wider, but the tip is nice and sharp and the price is good, which helps, because I always misplace my scribes, so the more I can get, the less time I waste hunting for them.

    Sheet metal layout

    I have been doing sheet metal layout for 37 years and gone through a lot of scribers. This one has some heft to it and seems well made, unlike some of the aluminum ones out there. Time will tell if it holds up.

    Lightweight

    This has a more finer engraver then I wanted. But good for engraving if you need a really, really fine inscription. It's well worth the price then and I would recommend it.

    Very fine inscription

    Would be ideal for making fine inscriptions on softer materials such as wood. Doesn’t work very well on metal, which is what I had planned to use it on.
