When we receive information that there is an issue with the compatibility, we immediately start solving problems and investigating by asking customers for photos, as well as their VIN. In this case, the customer received the parts he ordered, and never sent additional information and the VIN so we could check if he may have ordered a part by mistake, which is unfortunately sometimes the case.
