The company took my money had sent NO updates as to order being processed or being shipped in transit, i emailed the company friday 2 weeks after it was ordered, before it was due on monday n they told me they had a snow storm, but NOTHING about where my parts were. Then they sent me a fedex tracking number which said no info available! , and told me to check with fedex for the shipment not them. The order showed up 1 day late.

Customers order was shipped and delivered to him via Fed Ex. Customer even signed for the order. There was a four day blizzard that shut the state down and all shipping. We explained that to the customer.

Well...
20 day delivery time to Norway. The rubber band are a bit fussy to fasten the product to the battery. Will it work over an long periode of time with heat/water/dust in an engine room? I use an side battery connector to the top of this unit. It fit, if you put the cable in an correct angle. I wish more isolation around both the top connection (dust) and the red cable connection, at the HD unit. But.. This product may save me for an another defect battery... I have replaced 3 batteries and one alternator due to an defekt radio amplifier in an Chevrolet Tahoe...20 day delivery time to Norway.
