POSITIVE with an explanation. The item was incorrectly labeled when shipped which delayed the delivery. However, the seller was professional and refunded my cost for shipping. As for the description of the item, I take the blame! I did not read the seller's description carefully and thought the poster was 11X14. In reality the poster is approximately 6 3/4 X 10 1/4. The dimensions listed in the "description" by the seller are the framed outside measurements. So, I was disappointed..
