Shipped fast but in a padded envelope, not a box. Fortunately no damage. These look new and are labeled as manufactured 1\2023 with a 5-year shelf life. They are sealed in unbroken plastic bags. Would love to know who manufactured them but that information is not on the labels. That said, these are exactly as described and were very well priced.
