    Not really for menstruating woman

    I have purchased this before but this time accidentally purchased it with phytoestrogens.This is for non menstruating woman only in my opinion unless your body is low on estrogen because it has the red clover in it.I like that it is organic but it is vague on use.I am not buying this again because of that

    How is it?

    It si order free and doesn't leave greasy feeling forever like others tried. Yes it works or at least helps a lot. Not sure about the phytoestrogens but th formula without them is way more expensive even though list price is identical. For estrogen dominant women get the other version, I think it is call female something instead of balance plus.
