When the part arrived, it was obvious that it would not fit my car. I verified that the part number was correct then sent a message along with pictures to Partscontainer, showing them the difference between the new and old original part. They said they understood and sent me a free shipping return label. Many sellers make it difficult to make a return because they did nothing wrong, so I give kudos to Partscontainer

This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.

The heater hose for my Mercedes was a little smaller than original, so when I notified them , they issued a refund immediately and told me I didn’t have to ship the old part back to the seller and the price was very reasonable.
