    This is why I don’t purchase from less than 99% feedback sellers. The seller had 2 lip masks for sale, as written in the item description. I only received 1. I contacted seller and they claimed they shipped 2 of the items in different boxes. The item was lipgloss and can fit in the palm of my hand. I requested that they ship me the other, and they told me I had to return the one lipmask. Buyer beware with this seller!

    Most important , it make a good pot of coffee quickly and it also looks good and fits my space.

    After narrowing my choices to 2, this is the one I chose. I wish it had a choice to keep warm longer (2 to 4 hours instead of just 2) but I decided that I could live without that, and I wish that it had a clean cycle. However, it brews quickly and the coffee tastes good. The price was right also. I have not yet used the single cup brew so I cannot speak about that function. That is something I will use only once in a while, mostly during winter, but I wanted to have this option. Looking forward to using that option on a cold winter's afternoon when I want just 1 cup of coffee.

    Could use some adjusting

    The product is nice in appearance and makes coffee fairly quickly. The K-Cup side makes great very hot coffee but the carafe side only gets the coffee a little more than warm. If you like your coffee hot you have to pour it in a cup and stick it in the microwave.

    A very impressive brewer at a very reasonable price!

    I purchased this brewer to replace a 6 year old Bunn brewer that was failing to heat the water to proper brewing temperature. While the FlexBrew can't make a pot with the speed of my old Bunn, it is well worth the extra wait time as this machine makes a excellent pot of coffee. Also the single-serve "K-cup" feature is great for when making a pot of coffee just isn't practical. I love this brewer so much that I might be purchasing one for my office! I was also very pleased that the brewer was delivered 2 days ahead of schedule.

    Hamilton Beach Flex brew single use coffee maker.

    I m doing this review early . I had this product x 2 yrs and it malfunction Ed so this is new purchase on favorite . Once received will packed . I washed each piece and made myself a well deserved cup of coffee . The coffee had minimal product scarring nothing big. It came manual and warranty info along with purchase receipt.

    Nice versatile coffee maker........

    A nice-looking coffee maker that looks good sitting on the counter. I have not made coffee in the single serve side as of yet. The only complaint I have is with the slow brewing of a pot of coffee. It takes 8 -10 minutes for a pot to brew.
