🚨 The reason why I'm leaving "neutral" feedback is because I purchased 2 little Honda crush washers ($1-2 a piece), and this seller charged me $6.00 for shipping while using a stamped envelope (no tracking avalible)! For $6, tracking should have been provided because it is an "out of country" purchase/from Canada 🇨🇦! This seller is lucky I'm honest too. All I had to do was say it didn't show up, & Ebay would have issued a FULL REFUND because seller can't prove delivery without tracking. 🚨
