      Mercon LV fluid for my Ford Transmission

      Mercon LV is now the recommended fluid by Ford that substitutes Mercon SP. I got this info from the dealership when I could not find Mercon SP for sale anywhere. I was also able to use it in my transfer case as the same fluid was recommended for it. My transmission ran through all gears smoothly after the fluid change to the transmission.
