    The stone incense burner arrived, barely wrapped in paper and in a bag. It was broken in half. The seller should have shipped it in a box so it would not arrive broken. They do not do returns so I requested a refund. We'll see if I get one.......CAUTION!! this SELLER!

    As per my many other sales, feedback for packaging has been 100% perfect. This was packaged fine. In paper, bubble wrap, cardboard & bubble mailer. Things happen. Buyer was immediately rude. Never gave me a chance to respond before leaving negative feedback. I answered her demanding request for a refund quickly with a request for photos of damaged item. Still no response. CAUTION for this rude buyer.
