One of the best films of the 2000s
Fantastic film. I just watched it streaming last month but I didn't want to have to depend on streaming services to offer it, so I bought the Blu Ray so I don't have to. Pretty measly special features (commentary, some deleted scenes) and it isn't 4K, but the film alone is enough.

Clooney at his best
This movie was excellent. The fact that it was re-released when a lot of people hadn't heard much about it definitly boosted it, as did Clooney's oscar nomination for best actor. Clooney stars as a fixer for a large law firm, and when one of the firms best attorneys basically starts to lose it, Michael is forced to find him and set him straight. There are of course bumps in the road on the way as Michael confronts his own demons and comes to terms with his choices in life. Tilda Swinton also earns her best supporting actress oscar as the head of a large firm that the law firm represents. She has worked hard for her title and someone taking that away from her is out of the question. Let it not be forgotten that Tom Wilkinson gives what I believe is the best performance of his ... Good Choice for Most Movie Watchers
This was a pretty good movie. It required just enough thinking to keep the thinkers involved and entertained while not alienating those people that don't like to really think about what is going. There probably will be some people that are a little dissapointed because the movie feels like it is missing something. I probably expected too much of this movie before watching it, but all the award nominations and press can cause that. I think I will probably watch it a second time at some point just to pick up on some of the little stuff I might have missed.This was a pretty good movie.
