Just as great as the Series
Sometimes even as adults you find a show like Goosebumps you find endearing to you. There have been so many great episodes of this show and there all very entertaining and a bit spooky but not in that adult,blood and gore or totally try to traumatize you kinda way. Goosebumps is made for a younger audience but appeals to the kid in us all. I introduced it to my nephew at a younger age he's 10 now. Because he wanted to watch the scary movies we watched with us, after his bedtime. Goosebumps is a classic staple in our home and I'm sure in Many homes across the world. Goosebumps revolves around Zach, a high school student who moves to Madison, Delaware with his mother to start a new life in a new school. Living next door to him is Hannah, the daughter of R.L Stine who befriends Zach even though R.L Stine doesn't approve of her talking to other people for unknown reasons. Zach also befriends Champ, a socially awkward yet likable student from his school. One day, Zach and Champ sneak into Stine's house to figure out why he acts so weird only to mistakenly open one of the Goosebumps books, unleash the monster from the book, and bring all of the monsters from the books to life and wreak havoc all over town. It's up to Zach, Hannah, Champ, and R.L Stine to catch these monsters and put them back into their books and save their town. The ... No, it has it's fair share of flaws but it's not big enough to heavily tone down the movie. The story has one or two plot points that are a little forgettable and the CGI used to create the monsters does look a little weird but it does still look good at the same time. Overall, Goosebumps succeeds both as an adaptation to the series and as a standalone family movie. If you are a fan of the franchise or looking for a movie that the whole family can have a good time with, don't miss out on this movie!

I love this movie!! And for the longest time I’ve wanted tit get it on blu ray and the time came! This is packed full of awesome special features that really made this worth every Penny! The quality is really good but when compared to the dvd at times it really felt like it could have been just that tiny bit brighter and better. But besides that it’s an awesome film and definitely worth it!! The slipcover was very cool abs really interesting the way the put together the shine on the front. A little strange then your typical slip covers but still awesome! I also like that they made the blu ray disc have a picture on it even ray characters, something they never seem to do with DVD’s. All in all great purchase! Thanks for the awesome price! I’m so glad I could add that to my collection ... I love this movie!!
