    A slightly different twist to the Vampire Story

    Ethan Hawke stars in this futuristic world where vampires rule and humans are in short supply. Seems the vampires have either killed off all the humans or have converted them to vampires and now the future of the vampire race is in doubt. Hawke along with a group of other 'scientists' are close to finding a synthetic version of human blood but they are running out of time. This movie offers a different view into the world of vampires and humans. It is well written and the acting is very good. Hawke, Neill and Dafoe all give very good performances in this one. The Movie Stars: Ethan Hawke, Paul Sonkkila, Sam Neill, Vince Colosimo and Willem Dafoe There are a few things that could be improved but overall it was worth watching.

    Great horror movie. Unique take on the vampire genre. Some wonderful footage of the film’s premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.

    Amongst vampire movies this one is pretty original.

    The vampire genre is over saturated by many knock offs. But this one is pretty original. It would have been a better Blade sequel to round off the trilogy. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s looking for outside the box vampire horror. Because this one has genuinely interesting and compelling characters and real plot twists. Enjoy.

    Vampires can also be REBORN/BORN AGAIN like christians.

    Tired of the usual vampire movie?, well this one has a interesting new twist!! You'll have to get it to find out what it is. Saw this late one night on premium cable channel and found it and bought it the same night - I liked it that much!! You'll be showing this to family and friends too. Goes great with pizza and beer (or other beverage).
