I've made and used products with hemp oil in them for years, hemp has a very distinct almost nutty kind of scemt and flavor to them. And hemp is ALWAYS green like what this seller pictures. When the lip balms finally arrive the are WHITE, and zero hemp scent or flavor to them at all. They are pure wax, no hemp oil in them what so ever. Seller tried saying its cuz he used white wax that doesn't explain lack of hemp oil scent or flavor so I call BS on this. If its not green its not hemp oil!

I make all the products. I used Hemp Seed Oil as listed and used white beeswax which would explain the lighter color. Buyer was not happy so i refunded the order.

Even using bee's wax, there would be a green tint to it, and there would be the telltale scent and taste of hemp if there was any in it. Beeswax isnt white, its got a yellowish tint to it. What you sent me was stark white, bees dont make wax bright white like that. I dont know what you sent me, but it wasnt hemp and it wasnt natural bees wax. Glad I got a refund without having to get ebay involved.
