I purchased this infotainment system, and I love it. It is rich with features, the stereo sounds great, the resolution of the screen is excellent, and it is simple to maneuver through the various apps. The customer service has been great. If you ask any questions, the tech will send instructions. Responses have always been in less than 24 hours (except Sat & Sun). My wife liked the system so much, she purchased one for her car, and I installed it also. I have recommended it to several friend.

Overall very happy with the unit & responsive seller. Cons: 1) It comes with minimal documentation so had to refer to similar unit youtube videos occasionally. 2) Plastic adaptor to attach the unit to the car is not shaped correctly. It was impossible to squeeze in the e46 trim peace in place after installing. Cut out sticking out adaptor section to get clearance & black taped the hole. 3) Zlink connection fails if unit started within minutes of powering it down. Solution now: reboot the unit.
