Not very bright buyer can't read, item clearly states for RingCentral and will Only work on RingCentral. When she said it was broken first, I asked them to call so we could walk them through getting the phone on their system. Then she says "The phone is not compatible with my phone system I need a refund". Being the phone is not broken (we would have replaced it) she just wanted us to eat shipping for her error. I refunded phone, but not shipping as the phone was just fine.
