Although it shipped from the US, it is made in China. I had to contact the seller because tracking showed the post office hadn't received the package after 5 days. Seller promptly informed me of issues with the local USPS not scanning in items, plausible since I've read about increased delivery time from USPS, but I'm still skeptical.
