Seller stated "shipped within 2 days", still not shipped by the end of the third day. I contacted seller and it was shipped the morning of the fourth day, but was late as an intended gift because it wasn't shipped according to sites policy.

Buyer may be confusing transaction with another one. This feedback isn’t accurate. Purchase was made on 3/5 and the post office tracking shows it was accepted and in their possession on 3/7 at 4:56pm. This is within 2 days of purchase. I am unable to post screenshot of tracking. I am sorry it was late for intended purpose but I cannot control how fast the PO delivers the item once it is out of my possession.
