Good Family Recipes
The cookbook is full of good southern recipes. I like that the history of some of them is given. It gives more than one way to cook most foods so you can switch ingredients around to give variety to dishes that the family likes. Best of all, I believe that my Mother's fruit cake recipe is included. (By the time I thought about making it, she had lost the recipe and could not remember how to make it.) I will put some of these recipes into my weekly meals to keep things interesting.The cookbook is full of good southern recipes. I like that the history of some of them is given.
