Watch was sold in running order non serviced with "Original plastic band included with purchase". I received a non original band, badly cut (left on the phot - right: original band from an other watch). Watch needs to be revised, the crown to adjust time can only be pulled out with huge effort. I do not call running order when one cannot adjust the time.
This is a clear NOT AS DESCRIBED transaction.
Seller was not communicating properly; he was obviously not happy with the result of the auction

This buyer was offered to return the claimed "faulty" watch for a refund including postage charges, despite being sold with no-returns.
The buyer refused to return the item, would not provide any substantiating evidence toward their claim, and repeatedly insisted on extorting money as a partial refund.
The watch was sold in "as-is" condition, unserviced/requiring repair, was supplied with a brand new leather band. The original (broken) band was included with the sale.
