    Great for a Group Study

    I have been reading this book with my small group. At first the author was exhausting to me. Maybe it's because I can't completely identify with the insecurities of physical appearance. However, as I asked the Lord to show me what it is he wants me to get out of the book, I soon realized that even if you don't struggle with weight or outward appearances, you still need to see yourself the way God sees you...and I am slowly seeing it as we go through the book.
