Was sent the wrong item. I ordered a CD and I received an LP instead. Two different places on the description said that it was a used CD in good condition. When I emailed the seller about it I got a generic reply telling me that they would get to it when they can and that if I send a second message it will just delay the process. That is terrible customer service. If they have time to send me an email message at all then they have time to initiate a refund or to answer the question I asked.

The book arrived in a plastic envelope with not protection and unfortunately it looked like the book was damaged in transit because of it. The items original ETA was April 18th but arrived on April 22nd. I requested a refund after seeing the quality of the book and the seller responded with a full refund and an apology for the quality. I really appreciated the customer service but was sad to see the book not in the quality described.

My sincere apologies, the item was not what I expected, (to NO FAULT of the SELLER at all.) It came in good condition however, I must’ve of misunderstood the description, I thought the names would be transliterated into English, but it's in Hebrew. I thought it would give the Hebrew meaning to the name/ places. Also I noticed that the dust jacket was different than the advertised photo. Mac for Computer Dummies
This is a pretty straight forward book about the imac. I liked it because it spanned from very basic computer skills, to the more complex. To me it seemed pretty complete, but then, I'm an older generation computer "dummy," so what do I know? I learned some things about programs that I have never used, and now I'm using them. There were sections that I was just not ready for yet. As simple as everything was described, I still need to grow into some, and make it part of my everyday knowledge and usage, so I'm keeping it as reference for future computer skill growth. So I am quite happy I got it, and feel good about keeping it as reference.This is a pretty straight forward book about the imac. This book is very good, it really goes into detail in most of the things that has the macs, although if you know how to use another kind of computer, like windows or other kind you will see that it is not really needed to read the first chapter, mainly because is about things that you already know. After that you will began to learn things that are new and cool to learn and others that you will never use. I THINK ALL THE "FOR DUMMIES" BOOKS ARE PRETTY WELL DONE. THEY USE HUMOR TO HOLD YOUR ATTENTION. THIS BOOK IS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR BEGINNERS I THINK. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS AWHILE BUT I ALSO READ SOME TIPS AND IDEAS I HADN'T THOUGHT OF OR HAD THOUGHT OF IN A DIFFERENT WAY. I'M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD IDEAS. THIS BOOK HAS SOME.

This book was written for those of us who are less than computer experts. It was very helpful in learning how to get around on my Mac. Though the book is a new edition, neither is my machine. Learned lots and it was a fun read.
