They are electroplated blue: rather than being covered with a shiny metal cap that breaks off leaving one with a socket that doesn't fit the lug nut, these are one piece solid real lug nuts. They use a pretty standard lug nut socket rather than a lock and key type fit, and they are for after-market wheels, not stock wheels. They have a bevel fit which holds the wheel centered more securely than stock, which makes for better tire balance, but are for after-market wheels made to match that bevel.
