Device failing after 8 months with 1 year warranty guarantee. They say they are professionals, professional what? Only Email response was automatic, canned, giving old tracking information basically implying you got it, we are done, fifth day no response from 2 emails. They know I have no recourse, they can just ignore me now. The Power supply started failing, making loud noises, cant use PC
