All units are disassembled and inspected. The original ceramic impeller shaft is removed and upgraded to 316 stainless steel. The impeller, impeller housing, impeller shaft, hose o-rings, motor gasket, skimmer gasket, and the return fitting gasket are given an application of a non-toxic, hydroscopic, PTFE based lubricant which reduces friction between impeller casing and impeller housing, and ensures leak free seals at the motor, pool wall, and hose connections. Motors are wet tested for 10 minutes to ensure proper operation, hot air dried, re-installed into housings and repackaged in original packaging. Orig. packaging condition varies from excellent (undamaged) to marginal (box may have wrinkles/small holes/folds/creases/small tears). No matter the original packaging condition, all packaging is reinforced if necessary and sealed for protection from possible inclimate weather conditions after courier drop-off.”
