    I bought this book a couple of weeks ago and just finished reading it. It is the third book in his dragon series - Ice Fire, The Fire Within. Chris D'lacey creates a great alternative to the beginning of time as we know it. In some ways it's believable. If you haven't read his books, you should start. Although they are in the children's fantasy genre, I believe it's a series for all ages. From the very first book in the series he questions reality as we know it. Making one question what one truly knows, even as adults, the innocence that we have as children that let's us believe in Santa, the Tooth Fairy, the Easter bunny, God, etc. It reminds us as adults that just because we can't see something, it doesn't mean it's not there.
