Excellent, near-perfect, professional packing which was worth the seemingly high cost. Followed my packing instructions. Item arrived as pictured and in excellent condition. Decent communication. Very good experience overall; would buy from them again!

  • Good early EOS

At the time of introduction, the EOS 10 / 10s was Canon’s second-in-line camera right behind the professional grade EOS 1. The 10s features a top shutter speed of 1/4000th of a second, built in pop-up flash, but is lacking the rear Quick Control Dial that is featured on many EOS cameras. The camera also features a unique Bar Code program mode (only the EOS 10 / 10s and the EOS 100 / Elan) have this feature. When the camera is set to this mode you can use a barcode reader (sold separately) to read a barcode from the Barcodes 101 book (also sold separately) and then send the code from the reader to the camera to set the camera to take a specific type of photo. Although is an interesting feature, I have not found it to be of much use. The EOS 10 / 10s is a very well made camera, all the ...

  • EOS Canon-10S Film Camera

This is a vintage camera tha came with everything to do some great photography. It was advertised as just what it is the camera needed some work, mostly from sitting unused for a long period of time. With a little work and some parts I had on hand it is a great little camera. Just what I was looking for to teach my grandkids what a camera is and what a 35mm film camera can do when setup and used right. At a very low price this camera outfit is again taking some keepsake pictures, and will for years to come. In my opinion anyone looking into photography should have an outfit like this to learn how to take good photos prior to going digital. Too many people learn how to push a shutter button befor learning to take a picture. This E-Bay experience has been wonderfull from the bid to developing ...

  • Film Photography

I have been trying to get my older grand kids into film photography. I bought the two oldest a EOS 10s. This is a great entry level camera. It is easy to use and if you want to really learn photography it has a lot of the bangs and whistles of some pro model camera's. Comes with built in flash for general use which is enough for the average user. With all the camera lenses out there the possibilities are endless. A fun camera to use.

  • basic, functional electronic slr

Fun fact: this is the only SLR with a Canon EF mount which doesn't use sprocket holes to measure how far the film should be advanced. I have some weird 100 foot rolls of film which only has sprocket holes along one side (for use in school portraiture cameras like the Camerz). With the friction roller used to measure the film advance, I am able to use my weird film. Cool!

  • Film and Digital

I love the Canons! Their high end stuff is the BEST. Their middle level stuff is the best. I have the Canon 40D, Dig. Rebel XTi, Dig. Rebel Xt, 3 examples of the d30... and a dozen lenses to go with them. I bought the EOS-10s for the lens. But kept it for the rare occasion that I use film... because it is compatable with most of my Canon Lenses. The 10s has a good "brain" and takes great pictures... as good as any 35mm I have ever had. Save the Earth. -T
